Hi, I’m Jen!
I have been employed by organizations and leaders who needed assistance changing their organization’s culture, providing work-life harmony for themselves and their employees, and increasing teamwork, engagement, collaboration, and voicing. While simultaneously decreasing turnover, organizational silence, burnout, and absenteeism. I saw coaching, consulting, and training as vehicles to drive change and help organizations and leaders be their best.
As an ICF ACC and iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and COR.E Leadership and Wellbeing Dynamics Specialist, Certified Professional in Training Management and Certified Denison Consultant. I am passionate about helping leaders at multiple levels and organizations be their best versions. I have experience as an internal and external coach, leadership and professional development trainer, facilitator, consultant, and researcher. I hold a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. Also, she has a Master of Arts in Counseling and Educational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
My strengths are learning, deliberation, responsibility, relating to others, and intellect. I believe life’s primary purpose is to learn and develop (on all levels). For me, each person has a path, which is expressed uniquely. I believe people can change and grow to various degrees and must want to change for themselves.
